China’s Policies and Actions on Climate Change 2016 report

03 November 2016 – On 1 November, “China’s Policies and Actions on Climate Change (2016)” was officially released. The main aim of this annual report is to present the progress and results of China’s fight against climate change since the 12th Five-Year Plan. The report is mainly consisted of eight parts: 1) mitigation of climate change, 2) adaptation to climate change, 3) low carbon development pilot demonstration, 4) strategic planning and institutional set-up, 5) capacity building, 6) broad societal participation, 7) international negotiations, as well as 8) international exchanges and cooperation.
